In line with our mission for a lighter footprint, we utilize sustainable packaging in all our product shipments.

  • Risk of Loss: All items purchased are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

6.Returns & Food Safety

 

Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our artisan food products, we generally cannot accept returns once a package has been opened or the seal is broken. If a product arrives damaged or if there is an error with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence so we can make it right.

  • Shared Facility Disclosure: While we use dedicated utensils, our products are prepared within a larger community environment. Therefore, the facility itself may handle other ingredients, including but not limited to peanuts and sesame seeds.

  • Final Authority: Consumers with severe or life-threatening allergies should always refer to the physical product label for the most current and specific ingredient information for that batch.
